Harvest Festival

Busy busy North and South ... for those in London missing the fantastic Scottish film tour (sniff) you could come to Abbey Gardens for the Harvest Festival instead!

On Saturday 26 September from 1-4pm.
The event will have many activities for all ages, including:
  • Watch Bollywood dance group, Tridhara, and learn it yourself in their dancing workshop
  • Attempt apple dunking, thanks to Team Perham,
  • Enjoy seasonal food cooked by Tom Fletcher from Rejuce and fresh pressed juices by Quirky Nature
  • and last but not least, show off your baking skills and bring an entry to our Apple Tart competition!
I look forward to seeing some of you there!

Various ferments afoot.....

House of Ferment in Poland

Fresh from learning new Japanese ferments, I'm taking the House of Ferment on its first trip abroad, with fellow artist Kasia Gaparich. We are taking part in the Krakow ArtBoom Festival.

We're running 10am-6pm from Friday 25 September until Monday 28 September in the garden of a former mill at Salwator, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 20, Krakow, Poland.

We offer an interesting lunch each day from 1pm and drop-in demonstrations of all things fermented.
