Paul Welsh who wrote about our tour for the Herald - also told us about a personal pilgrimage he'd made to Mull in order to trace his relatives. They lived in Salen, and after asking around he discovered the people who had previously employed his Auntie Bella. They told him that they still had a post card which featured her (shown above!)
