A Mouse's Impression ...

This was my favourite discovery of the day. We found a mouse nest in one of the crates, and in amongst the bits of food etc. were a 'tiny' cow from the island, a few screws and the little covers that go over the speakers set into the model. The best thing about the discovery was that Dennis (the conservator) was immediately able to tell that the mouse nest pre--dated the Island arriving at Wroughton as the sunflower seeds etc. were from a domestic mix!!
